We will explore its historic centre, elegant palaces and monumental churches, including some of the finest examples of Sicilian Baroque, while discovering the traditions and personalities that have shaped this fascinating town.

Along the way, we will also step into traditional old-style shops and historic botteghe, places that still preserve the atmosphere and craftsmanship of another time.

The experience includes a tasting of some of the most representative flavours of the Hyblaean area, including scacce, local cheeses, traditional sausage and one of Palazzolo’s legendary desserts.
